SHIPPING POLICY
Starr Lab Grown Diamond's preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail. This is an expedited service and has tracking. Shipping transit time usually is 2-3 days. Orders will be shipped within 10 working days from time of order. Custom orders might take longer depending on the amount of customization involved.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Starr Lab Grown Diamond's offers a 7 day return policy. Buyers have 7 calendar days to review the item and should contact us within 7 calendar days after receiving the item. Custom orders are non-returnable. Agreed upon returns need to returned in original condition with paperwork and certificates and jewelry boxes. After a return is initiated, the buy has 3 business days to ship the item back (with tracking) to Starr Lab Grown Diamonds. After receiving the return back, we will test the diamonds and metal and a refund will be issued within 10 working days.
